first of all this is the real vegetarian food.. including mineral and protein information.
this site is a quick reference anytime you need it.

fresh is best.. processed isn’t vegetarian no matter how you examine it.
most processed soy products have animal in it. read those labels and learn what the ingredient chemical names really mean.
soymilk is ok….
and watch out for veggie meats… read the labels.

omg you can eat chicken nuggets
they taste the same
but it’s made of soy
they have some really good food
i love being a vegetarian
oh and take vitamins okie dokie
